Fees are calculated over 48 weeks a year and divided in 12 equal monthly payments to be paid by standing order. We also accept cash payments. All fees are to be paid on time, if payments are late, then late fees will be incurred as outlined in the Fees and Payment agreement.

 

Fees are paid in advance of care on 1st day of every month

 

Invoices will be issued on 18th of each month and parents are asked to make payments promptly and on time.

 

Registration Fee
A registration fee of £50 is required when enrolling to secure your child’s place. This is a non-refundable fee if you do not take up your place or change your mind. However once your child has been at the setting for two weeks this fee will be refunded to you through your weekly/monthly fees. No refund of deposit will be given on reserved places that are cancelled within two months of the start date. 

 

Retainer Fee
If you require a space for your child in the future, I will charge a retainer fee to keep the place open for you.  The amount charged is half of the monthly fee and is payable at the beginning of the retained period which will be agreed by the childminder. The retainer fee is non-refundable.
